All guests shall make reservations directly with the hotel by calling 800-684-9525, identifying themselves as a member of the Emerging Professionals Symposium 2014.
Guests will have a 72-hour cancellation policy. In the event a cancellation is received less than 72 hours to arrival date, there will be a penalty of “one night room & tax.”
RATES: Tuesday-Thursday (Weekday) – $ 109.00
Friday-Saturday (Weekend) – $ 190.00
Rates do not include applicable state and local taxes, currently 14.75%, or the following automatic or mandatory charges:
$1.00 per room per night City Occupancy Tax. No automatic or mandatory charges are tips, gratuities, or service charges for employees, unless otherwise expressly stated.
