Project Architect
A small architectural practice, specializing in upper-end custom residential projects is seeking a project architect who can assist in construction documentation and detailing. The successful applicant should have experience in both residential and commercial construction types. The small size of the firm should afford the candidate experience in all aspects of architectural practice.
Education and Experience:
- Bachelor of Architecture
- 3 years minimum experience
- Architectural license a plus
- Experience in producing design development and construction documentation in AutoCad
Skills:
- Proficiency in AutoCad Lt 2011 or newer versions
- Proficiency in PhotoShop and PowerPoint
- Sketch Up or other 3-D modeling skills a plus
- Strong design, technical, and communication skills needed
