Wanted: “Clerk of the Works”
Third Party “Resident” Inspector for two adjacent USDA/RD funded Renovation Projects in Monroe County, TN, near Madisonville.
Basic Duties include daily observation and documentation of active construction; attendance and documentation of all weekly construction coordination meetings with General Contractor and Subs and all bi-monthly progress meetings with Owner and Designer; expediting RFIs, submittal, pay applications, and reports; and verifying progress on project schedule. Project duration approximately one year beginning approximately June 1, 2018. Compensation based on hourly rate.
