Take this excellent opportunity to join a small firm which is looking for a talented, energetic, and experienced person to join our team. We are looking for someone who can lead multiple projects, organize, design, detail, and manage all facets of a project. You will be given the opportunity to showcase your abilities and to expand them as well. As a member of a small firm your responsibilities will vary. You will need to coordinate and work with Clients, Contractors, Consultants, and associated trade members.
The candidate should have a minimum of 5 years of experience,
· Be knowledgeable of building and accessibility codes,
· Be proficient in Microsoft Office and AutoCAD, Revit a plus,
· Exhibit management and time skills,
· Be able to work independently or as a team player,
· Display presentation skills and communicate effectively and positively,
· Be a graduate of an accredited university in Architecture or an associated field,
· Being a LEED accredited professional is a plus,
· A working knowledge of computer software management is a plus,
· Being a licensed professional architect is a plus.
